Scope of the position

We have exciting plans to further expand our operations in Poland. This is a new position, and we are currently recruiting to our Merger & Acquisition team. In this position you will report directly tot the Head of M&A and your main scope of work relates to support the M&A Managers in the sourcing, execution and post-closing activities of the acquisitions AniCura is understanding. You will work independently on a large number of tasks related to the acquisition process from start-to-end. The main

scope relates to sourcing, proposals, deal execution and closing. In this role you will support the headquarters with other tasks related to the M&A department management.

Next to M&A process, you can get involved in greenfield projects and other business

development activities as well as certain strategic analyses.

Who you are

You have strong financial analysis skills and the capacity to keep a direct relationship with stakeholders and the ability to translate business strategic directions into pragmatic action plans. You are an independent thinker and You are ready to further build your career as the backbone of our M&A community. You share our call: the strive to make what is best for our pets – today, and tomorrow.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • Graduate degree level in finance or similar

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience and strong business acumen

  • Excellent command of both English and Polish in word and writing

  • Comfortable working in international environment and experienced in management of senior stakeholders.
