• Work with internal partners to develop a commercial strategy for Asia, including playbook to enter and grow markets.

• Responsible for all commercial activities in Asia.

• Determine the right product portfolio and go-to-market approach for each different market.

• Establish new distribution partnerships.

• Work closely with internal and external partners in relation to Import and Export processes.

• Drive focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

• Contract management and supervision.

• Implement a coordinated sales and marketing strategy as well as expansion of the product and service portfolio.

• Marketing support and ensure presence within relevant exhibitions and shows.

• Regular communication with relevant internal partners with a focus on reporting, progress and KPI’s.


• Proven commercial leadership experience within a science driven market, veterinary is preferred.

• Relevant studies within the medical or veterinary field.

• Collaborative and competitive leadership style.

• Results driven and organised.

• Ability to act both independently and collaboratively.

• Have a clear vision and ability to implement clear communication and rules with trading partners.

• Effective communication.

• Ability to create strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Customer focused.

• Good MS Office knowledge.

• Fluent in English
