Royal Canin Deployment Coordinator – Digital Platforms – APAC Region in Singapore, Singapore

Digital Factory is key in achieving this strategy through the multiplicity of its practices: UX/UI, Development, Product

Ownership, Market deployment, Architecture, Governance...

The Deployment coordinator will have the responsibility to deploy our key strategic platforms at scale & ensure the

success of those platforms (RC.COM, e-commerce platforms, B2B platforms, Pet Owner Experience platforms, …) in

more than 80+ markets around the world, in cooperation with business teams, regions and markets.

What are we looking for?

  • Min 5+ years of digital services experience and/or project managements in complex environment ·

  • Experience in project management without direct authority · Management of complex digital projects, ideally across the international perimeter.

  • Ability to work transversally with different teams and diverse dynamics to achieve challenging deliverables.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams composed of internal and external actors. · Ability to work across diffrent cultures & context (direct involvement in Asia Pacific but also with other cultures worldwide)

  • Ability to understand the business perspective, insights and challenges (ideally with an experience in markets / operational understanding) ·

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Solution oriented mindset. · Self-driven mindset. · Digital acumen and eagerness to learn.

  • Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change and changing environments.

  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Preferred knowledge / experience:

  • Experience in a Mars or Royal Canin market is a plus · Knowledge of culture(s) and/or language(s) of APAC market(s) is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

Deploy Digital services at scale for the APAC Region (RC.COM, e-commerce platforms, B2B platforms, Pet Owner Experience

platforms, …):

- Work in collaboration with the APAC team and their markets to deploy minimum viable product with a continuous

improvement approach, define the deployment roadmap for the services together with global, maintain and update

the roll-out roadmap once defined.

- Work in close partnership with markets, including work with customers when needed, to ensure the right fit of the

solutions and right support to have a scalable impact

- Define and execute the standard deployment methodologies for the region or markets to accelerate the

deployment and localization of the digital services (manage translations, list of values, KPIs…)

- Manage and orchestrate tasks of multiple services deployments for different markets in parallel

- Monitor & track deployment KPIs (inc. alerts) and report progress to global stakeholders regularly to secure the

roadmap delivery. Work in collaboration with Markets & Region to propose mitigation actions & plans as needed.

- Identify interdependencies with other digital assets, highlight potential risks or malfunctions, and proactively resolve issues. - Work with markets, architecture teams, and integration teams to organize and execute the technical deployment (integration) of the digital service in markets within the local ecosystem. - Provide end-to-end support to local teams to launch properly the service in order to achieve their ambition (service training, launch meeting, best practices sharing, sales material and resources deployment, customer care support…) - Develop support documentation to facilitate and accelerate deployment activities

Ensure the success of the platforms deployed in collaboration with Region & Markets: - Co-define the specific picture of success of digital services deployment for APAC with the Regional team (business objectives, number of users, active rate, …). - Co-create business activation related KPIs with the Region to ensure good monitoring of activation progress. - Communicate with markets to provide them the most relevant information to follow their performances. - Analyse and share country performances to continuously improve the business activation. - Share learnings and improvements from the country with global to improve the service. - Animate the 'deployed countries' community and organize markets’ follow-up in collaboration with the business and functional experts. - Work with the Region and Markets to highlight and follow up local initiatives in a global context (globalization, best practice sharing, shared capabilities…).

Support the changes driven by the new digital services with cross-functional teams: - Work with business team to provide vision and ambition behind the platform and help with change management in markets. - Collaborate with global and regional teams to support change management in markets (training, material, FAQ…). - Coordinate the business support of the digital services (FAQ, training, tickets follow up, feedbacks tools, surveys…) with countries and the support manager.

Take an active role in the Deploy Factory team, supporting key activities: - Act as lead on one of the key products with functional management of the team, support in case of help needed, decision making etc. - Contribute to the team budget & partners management (together with other team members)
