Sales Acceleration Manager (f/m/x)

in Royal Canin CNE, Sales Department, Pet Specialty Retailing Channel

Location: Niepołomice or Warsaw or any CNE site

Job purpose

The Sales Acceleration Manager (Pet Specialty Retailing Channel) will actively support the pillar (6 markets) performance by developing and securing the perfect deployment of fact-based Picture Of Successes.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and deploy the full Perfect Store Program: Build; Deploy; Assess; Review Picture Of Successes.

  • Secure the right interaction between Picture Of Successes & Quantitative Trade Terms such as the quality & accuracy of the data input.

  • Manage CRM by securing continuous usage, driving qualitative reporting & efficient surveys.

  • Drive Analysis, insights & reporting of sales performance through sales channel; customers & portfolio deep dive transforming insights into actions.

  • Secure frequent field visit alone and/or with sales representatives to assess instore proper execution of perfect store (minimum frequency 2/month) & review if/when relevant.

  • Be an active member of the European Perfect Store community by cascading up or down the information; driving local Test & Learns and securing CNE follows the perfect store deployment at pace and with visibility.

  • Be ready to drive/lead any new programs related to sales acceleration topics.

What are we looking for?

  • Higher (university) degree, Business Administration or master’s degree, preferably in the area of economics and/or marketing

  • Sales/ marketing/ trade marketing/ customer marketing/ category management experience

  • Strong analytical skills & business insights

  • Strong communication skills in English (and preferably in a local language)
