Job Description: The Finance Sr Manager (Director equivalent internal to Nom Nom) will act as a business partner to the Marketing and Supply teams and will lead analyses with thoughtful recommendations on key decisions for the Nom Nom business. This role will also be responsible for timely and actionable periodic insights and KPIs, as well as creating, implementing, and managing a forecast process in the business to predict future risks and opportunities. This role will also be expected to effectively communicate insights and forward-looking planning to the CFO and Leadership Team.

What are we looking for?

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role

  • Strong financial background, with full understanding and experience with financial models and analyses

  • Experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industries

  • Proficient in Excel modeling skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead monthly reporting, KPI insights, and action planning across the business. Present a clear understanding of business drivers and collaborate across the business to drive actions to keep Nom Nom in line with plan commitments.

  • Develop a collaborative forecast process across all functions and provide a rolling view of risks and opportunities. Ensure the forecast process is the ‘one source of truth’ for volume and production planning that links to full P&L valuation.

  • Support long-term integrated value creation plan

  • Bottom-up cost build for pricing targets on new omnichannel markets such as PetSmart, analysis on SKU sizes and variety packs based on different revenue channels

  • Competitive analysis across the industry to provide external lens and any risks or opportunities that might impact Nom Nom

  • Interact with various departments within the organization to identify areas where more value can be added.

  • Ad hoc monthly reviews for the Leadership team within Nom Nom and Royal Canin

  • Analyze and track what impact certain business decisions will have on the company's margin.

  • Identify ways to increase revenue and maximize margins.

  • Assist with the implementation of business decisions on an operational level.

  • Manage, coach, and develop the FP&A Manager to increase overall performance
