Job Purpose/Overview

The Senior Manager, CRM & Tools is responsible for harmonizing and maximizing the use of sales and marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, Drift, DocuSign etc.; with primary focus on Salesforce), to deliver efficient business growth. Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of this role, as it will directly oversee a cross-functional technical team that supports these platforms across multiple business units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads, inspires and empowers a technical team (eg. BA, Salesforce administrators) and fosters collaboration and personal development.

  • Works closely with cross-functional leaders to define vision and strategy, build roadmaps and appropriate feedback loops.

  • Ensures harmonious processes across sales and marketing technology, with functionality built to meet the needs of the business.

  • Oversees CRM and marketing systems, ensuring efficient cycle from roadmap development, requirement gathering, software development and testing, release, and documentation.

  • Work directly with leadership to establish and implement an overarching Salesforce governance model to make key decisions and prioritize messages.

  • Effectively influence different partners across the organization (Marketing Technology, Marcoms, and Sales).

  • Actively develops open and trusting relationships across a large, complex organization to create clear goals, accountability, and outcomes.

  • Quickly and accurately synthesize technical needs or investments to senior, non-technical audiences (ability to effectively tailor communications).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

  • 5 or more years of experience leading a team

  • 7 or more years of experience administering Salesforce

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • HubSpot, Drift, DocuSign experience highly preferred

  • Experience in consulting highly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated success in creating a vision to inspire, prioritizing key deliverables, defining and building roadmaps, and managing internal and external commitments.

  • Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand how data, technology and common capabilities can enable your strategy and vision.

  • Proven experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes

  • Experience with vendor management and budgeting


Minimal travel will be required in this role, up to 10% dependent on business needs.

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office or virtual environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment or a remote home office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, video conferencing and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Environment where pets are present

The Target Pay Range for this position is $142,900 - $170,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
