In partnership with the rest of Digital Factory management team (Delivery, Product, Design, Deploy, Architecture & Digital Governance), the Head of Agility will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the agile transformation within our organization. The Head of Agility will ensure that agile principles and practices are deeply embedded in every aspect of our digital product development process and will be a champion for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation, flexibility, and responsiveness to change.
The Head of Agility will report to the Digital Factory Director and manage the Agile Program Leads.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar leadership role in Agile software development.
Scrum Master and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications preferred.
Proven people management experience with excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop and implement a comprehensive agile strategy aligned with the company's digital transformation goals. Work closely with the Digital Factory Director to ensure agile practices contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to our Digital teams (tech & business). Ensure that agile values, principles, and practices are adopted and adapted appropriately across all levels.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product management, IT, and business units, to create a unified approach to agile development. Promote an environment of open communication and transparency.
Lead the charge in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Facilitate regular retrospectives and encourage feedback loops to enhance team effectiveness and product quality, hand in hand with the Agile Program Leads.
Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through the changes necessary to adopt and scale agile methodologies. Address barriers to agility and foster an adaptive, learning culture.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of agile practices. Use data to drive decisions and report progress to senior management.
