VCA Animal Hospitals RVT - Anesthesia in Los Angeles, California

The anesthesia service works with multiple departments including surgery, emergency, critical care, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, and interventional radiology. Our caseload is diverse and complex with routine involvement in advanced anesthesia including nerve blocks, critical case management, thoracotomies, CRIs, advanced equipment, and advanced cardiology procedures. Responsibilities are conducted in a teaching hospital on clinical cases. Anesthetists are responsible for overseeing and instructing professional students in the safe and effective application of veterinary anesthesia and pain management.

Compensation: $ 28 - 32 / hr, dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule and additional responsibilities.

RVT Credentials
