Description
The Program Manager Employer Brand will plan, drive, organize, and manage employer branding activities that align with the organization’s recruitment/talent strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Leads efforts with platform partners, owning all brand/content development and partnering with the broader recruiting team to maximize and optimize these relationships, ultimately elevating our employer brand presence.
Creates, socializes, and implements plans and content to widen our influence as an employer of choice across multiple social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, continually increasing our employer brand following and engagement with potential candidates.
Develops and executes a consistent branding strategy aligned with our recruitment strategies, organizational goals, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
Understands the competitive landscape and identify ways to differentiate our opportunities above other alternatives.
Partners with creative agency as well as independently, produce engaging content and campaigns that attract candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
Provides guidance and coaching of social media best practices to Talent Acquisition team.
Monitors employer brand expenditures and manage the recruitment marketing budget effectively.
Conducts post campaign evaluation of activities, recommending changes for future employer brand activity.
Participates in planning for branding and content delivery each quarter.
Develops differentiated positioning leveraging the overall brand guidelines, audience insights, and value proposition andcontinually refresh and enhance the content and the candidate experience.
Owns broader employer brand content strategy and development, including ways to amplify existing careers content, developing new content for both the careers site and social media channels to engage with potential candidates and increase employer brand awareness.
Ensures brand uniformity across all channels.
Monitors and manages brand reputation across all online and social channels, ensuring a positive brand perception among potential candidates.
Creates and shares career ads via online/social channels (job boards, social media channels and professional communities, etc.) and ensure engagement and results.
Creates recruitment market social media toolkits and best practices for TA and hospital leadership to engage in and follow.
Manages a robust Employee Referral Program end-to-end, including program design, employee engagement, and program analytics, providing on-going recommendations for program improvement and ensure content and design is updated and relevant.
Plans, organizes, and manages virtual recruitment events and utilize social media to socialize events and increase attendance. Continually track and report event ROI.
Communicates and manages vendor relationships, including internal Marketing teams.
Ensures project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met.
Proactively find and evaluate new vendors to assist with driving talent strategies and goals.
Oversees recruitment marketing and advertising strategies across the BluePearl enterprise, continuously recommending solutions for improvement and efficiencies.
Partners closely with agency and media partners to execute recruitment marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
